Terms and Conditions
RESERVING A COSTUME
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You are responsible for the return of all the items listed on your receipt.
CANCELLING / CHANGING A COSTUME
50% of the hire cost is refundable up to 3 days (72hrs) prior to the date of hire. (If less than 3 days notice is given, no refund will be given)
Once a costume has left the premises refunds can not be given.
No refunds will be given for costumes not worn.
Changing a costume will incur a £10 administration charge.
A security deposit of £50 is required per costume as security to cover loss, damage or non-return. This can be taken in one of 3 ways:
Imprint of a bank card (withheld & destroyed on return of costume)
Cheque (withheld & destroyed on return of costume)
Cash (returned to you at an appropriate time)
COLLECTING & RETURNING YOUR COSTUME
Please collect and return your costume on the agreed dates. The front door will be open every day from 9am till 8pm. When you return, please ring the bell then leave the costume in the entrance hall on the hooks provided.
Late returns can be charged to your card, or deducted from your security deposit at a rate of £5 per day. Security deposits will be withheld for costumes not returned within 7 days of the agreed return date.
Please notify us of any damage or loss when returning your costume. Minor repairs may not incur a charge but major damage or loss must be paid for and may exceed the £50 security deposit.
You will be asked for a signature to say that you accept the terms and conditions listed above. You will receive a copy of this with your receipt.
